You will receive free, standard shipping within the continental USA when you spend over $100, after discounts have been applied. Taxes or other Fixed Shipping Charges do not apply toward your minimum subtotal requirement of $100. Certain items, such as Furniture, require additional shipping and handling and are excluded from this promotion. You may check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account, where you will find your account details and order history.
You will be notified via email if the item is not expected to ship within the designated Shipping timeframe as noted on the Product.
We hope you love your handcrafted pieces from Makers Market! If you are not satisfied, please check the Shipping/Return tab on the specific item you ordered for the return policy on that item. Most items are accepted for return within 14 days of delivery. Certain custom made items or jewelry is final sale. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage you to get a tracking number for your return shipment, as you are responsible for the product in-transit.
Login to your account, under the “My Account” menu, click on "Completed Orders" and then select the appropriate order. Click the “Return Item(s”) button. Once you have submitted your request, please await response from Makers Market for Return Authorization.
Please repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return. You are responsible for any damage of the product in return transit. If you are returning an item because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Makers Market will pay the return-shipping costs.
Makers Market has the right to deny credit for any returned pieces that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our handmade pieces with care!
Please make sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount.
Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days after receipt. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
