Does Makers Market ship outside of the USA?
Currently, some countries are setup for shipping. Input your order, if you receive an error that shipping is not setup for your country, email us at email@example.com, or contact us through Online Chat, and we will set this up for you within 24 hours and ship your product.
How long until my items arrive? And how will it ship?
Check the Shipping/Returns tab on the Product page under the item(s) you have purchased to learn how and when you can expect to receive your goods. Please allow additional transit time for shipping. If you need to expedite your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to add sales tax to any order with a California address. Orders outside of California will NOT require sales tax.
My Makers Market package hasn't arrived however the tracking # says it's been delivered.
Please contact the carrier. If it still cannot be located, contact us. Our shipments are insured.
