The Cold Brew Irish Coffee
On Sundays, we mix up a unique take on the classic Irish Coffee. While we don’t normally advocate imbibing before noon, this cocktail has been known to kick-start our Sunday and carry us through from morning to night. Try it out and we think you’ll see why.
To make the Cold Brew Irish Coffee we combine cold brew coffee, fresh cream and simple syrup, all spiked with good Irish Whiskey. Shaken and served over ice, it’s just the right balance of bitter, sweet, and refreshing.
If you aren’t familiar with cold brew coffee, it’s simply coffee brewed without heat over a long period of time (usually 12-24 hours). We love the deep, cocoa flavors of bottled Stumptown Cold Brew, but any cold brew coffee from your local coffee shop will work in this recipe.
Shake things up this St. Patty’s day and try out the Cold Brew Irish Coffee. Slàinte!
