The 2020 harvest resulted in a finished oil with lightly floral aromas and notes of buttered apricots. The palate is rich with bright citrus notes, freshly mowed spring grasses and mild pink peppercorn spice. The creamy mouthfeel is soft and delicate through to the finish.

This product is Certified Organic, vegan, gluten free, and grown and produced within 50 miles of Clif Family Winery.
