Jess Ullom, creator of Hawks & Doves, was interested in sewing at a very young age after learning how to sew from her grandmother. Hawks & Doves was founded in 2014 and started with depression era feed sack bags and evolved into the leather bags and cowhide bags she makes today. Focusing on sustainability, Hawks and Doves creates there bags with the intention of lasting a lifetime.
