Oversized Earrings / Bait and Switch

These earrings that I received are 4” long, not the 2.5” they stated in the product description. These are much too large for my face. I requested a return or exchange for the 2.5” earrings they advertised and after a week no one responded. It’s as if this maker is trying to run out their 14 day window for returns. I would not order from them again.
