Michelle grew up in Sonoma County where she spent her childhood days traipsing through oak covered, flower strewn hills and discovered the sheer perfection of the natural world. From a young age she understood that beauty lies in the simplest of things and that exquisite art can emerge from the elegance of simplicity. As an adult she traveled a great deal throughout Latin America where sher saw how Latin Americans use intense color to adorn themselves and add splendor to their lives.
